Terms of service
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the seals on bottles have been removed. We do not accept returns on custom formulas, closeout items, items that were on sale upon completing purchase, or items that have been held for long periods of time.
We gladly accept returns caused by our error and will issue a refund or exchange in such cases. Notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges otherwise. All Sales Are Final.
If your request for a return has been approved by our team you will be sent a return label either by email or mail. *Please do not return items without emailing our team first. All orders returned without our labels will not be refunded.
Once your return has been processed a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that if products are returned voluntarily, we DO NOT refund shipping.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email.
We only replace items if they are broken or damaged. If you need to exchange a broken item for the same item, please email us.
Please double check your order before checking out. Note that we cannot add onto, nor change your order once it is placed, this includes shipping/billing addresses.
Any companies or persons causing disruption, becoming hostile, or who harass an employee of “My hers for you”, can be turned away from ordering with us again.
