ESSIAC TEA PREPARATION:
• Bring to a boil 1 quart of water
• Add 1 tbsp of loose tea
• Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat
• Cover and let sit for 12 hours at room temperature
• Strain, funnel liquid into clean bottle and cap
• Refrigerate. Mixture will stay fresh for 2-3 weeks if refrigerated

DIRECTION:
• 1. Add 2 oz tea to equal amount 2 oz boiled fresh water
• 2. Drink 4 oz daily on an empty stomach
