Borage

Borage seed oil is high in GLA, a type of polyunsaturated fatty acid, and is used internally for inflammation, skin conditions and arthritis. Borage leaf supports adrenal function and helps with sadness and depression. Other therapeutic uses include dry skin, eczema, asthma and rheumatoid arthritis.
